Marlon Featherman worked at Our Lady of Lords and the Little Wound School, before coming to Lakota Funds. He's been married for 17 years and has four daughters, ages 11, 14, and 16 who attend Little Wound School.

His work with Lakot Funds involves maintenance and repair work of the buildings and the housing which Lakota Funds manages, at Eagle Nest.

Marlon enjoys playing basketball and fishing in his spare time.
